My experience was delightful! The staff were exceptionally helpful, the location was mere minutes from the main plaza, and I enjoyed spacious, comfortable rooms. Although decor could use a refresh, the charm and cleanliness made it a lovely stay. Breakfast was decent, offering basic options. Truly a budget-friendly gem worth considering.

Awesome stay with fantastic service
Had a really nice time here. The staff was super friendly and offered cocoa tea when I arrived—what a lifesaver for altitude sickness! The location was perfect for walking to the plaza and markets. Plus, the breakfast was great! Just wish the heating worked better, it got kinda chilly at night.

great service but lacking basic necessities
The hotel porters were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist. Breakfast staff exceeded expectations, serving a delicious meal each morning. The room decor beautifully highlighted the hotel’s history, adding charm to my stay.
However, I faced multiple frustrating situations that made my stay less enjoyable, particularly a lack of essentials that made me feel uneasy.

Family with children will love it
The staff went above and beyond when my daughter got sick, bringing us oxygen to help her out and even assisting with finding a doctor. The breakfast spread was excellent-fresh fruit and eggs cooked right there, felt like we were treated like royalty.
It wasn’t cheap but still reasonable for the quality.
